Booking online
Pick a location, up to four services and a time. You'll get a text confirmation with a link to view, change or cancel your booking. The time you book is when we expect you to arrive.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel online, using the link in your confirmation, up to 2 hours before your appointment. After that, please call us at (519) 761-0076. If you're running late, a quick call helps us keep your spot.
New tires
New tire bookings are subject to stock confirmation. Add your tire size when you book. We'll confirm availability and price, and text you once your tires are in. If they can't arrive in time, we'll contact you to pick a new time.
Drop-offs
Some jobs, like engine and transmission work, are drop-off services. The time you book is when you bring the vehicle in. Leave it with us, and we'll call you with a diagnosis and quote. Work starts only when you approve it.
Inspections
Some services, like suspension and steering, start with an inspection. The inspection determines the work and the price. We explain what we find and what it costs before doing any repair.
Prices
Where a "from" price is shown, the final price depends on your vehicle. Otherwise the price is confirmed at the shop.
