When should I switch to winter tires?+
A common rule of thumb is when daytime temperatures settle around 7°C or colder. Below that, all-season rubber stiffens and loses grip, while winter tires stay flexible. Switch back in spring once it stays above 7°C.
Is there an insurance discount for winter tires?+
Many Ontario insurers offer a discount for winter tires. The amount and the rules vary, so ask your insurer what applies to you.
What should I bring?+
If your wheels use locking lug nuts, bring the key (it's often in the glove box or with the spare). If your other set is at home, bring all four tires or wheels with you.
My tires are worn. Can you supply new ones?+
Yes. Book "New tires" and add your tire size. We confirm stock and price, and text you once your tires are in.
